Ern Phang Lawyer / Notary Public

Ern has worked in the legal industry since 1996. He has had a variety of legal roles within the government and the military, in large international law firms, and in boutique city and suburban law firms before establishing the beginnings of Phang Legal in 2002.

Despite having a strong background in commercial litigation, these days Ern focuses mainly on helping clients with notary public services and in their various commercial and property transactions.

Aside from his busy legal practice, Ern has also been recognised for his service to the community with awards from the Law Society and the Centre for Volunteering. Ern is a member of the Western Sydney Local Venues Council (ie, with main responsibilities over Parramatta Stadium – now Pirtek Stadium) and continues to support various not for profit organisations especially the cause of the local church.

Ern represents Phang Legal in the Sydney Hills Business Chamber and is an active member of a MyBoard networking group.

When not in the office, Ern enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 boys, playing football at the park, swimming laps at the local pool, running around the block, and intense sessions of jiu jitsu.

Ern’s dedication to his clients and community service continues to drive Phang Legal from strength to strength.
