It’s a free country – isn’t it? Is it an issue if the government has to track individuals for quarantine purposes? Would it be different if it became a requirement of quarantine instead of the result of breach? Would it be different if you were required to voluntarily submit to tracking and/or download an app by which the authorities could track you?
As much as human rights advocates will frown, sometimes the rights and freedoms of individuals do not take priority over the welfare of the community at large. But is this such a time?
