Working from home: how to avoid going bonkers

Is working from home a good thing? Maybe it really depends on the perspective. Is it good for businesses or just for workers? Unfortunately, we think it hasn’t been great for productivity. Too many times we’ve tried to contact people in government departments or large corporates and it’s very obvious that they’re working from home (or somewhere not in a work environment). Maybe there’s music or computer games playing in the background, they’re ‘out of the office’, they don’t have access to files or can’t see documents or transfer calls… the list goes on. Just makes it immensely frustrating for everyone else trying to push ahead and get back to normal. How does the economy recover with/from this?
