COVID complacency? Dozens of maskless Sydneysiders pile into bus

With community transmission at a low (ie, just one within the last week isn’t it?), is it safe and unnecessary to take precautions or is it just complacent and risky? Experience locally and overseas suggests that relaxing precautions or lifting restrictions can often result in a resurgence of infections. Is it too premature to say that the pandemic is over (at least in New South Wales)?
