Hmmm… some estates are a real mess, but there are many that aren’t. Really it comes down to the developer and the attention they’ve placed on building a community or whether their focus was on squeezing as much possible out of the available development land and subdivision. We’ve seen some wonderful estates with a great mix of facilities and infrastructure surrounded by well planned residential and mix use properties. Of course, on the other hand there are others as the article points out which suffer from major traffic congestion and lack of infrastructure. Ultimately, it comes down to doing your homework before you buy or invest.
